SELEUKID KINGS. Antiochos I Soter, 281-261 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 28 mm, 17.12 g, 6 h), Seleukeia on the Tigris, circa 278-261. Diademed head of Antiochos I to right. Rev. [B]AΣIΛEΩΣ - ANTIOXOY Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding two arrows in his right hand and resting his left on grounded bow; to outer left, monogram of ΠΑ; to outer right, monogram of ΗΡ. GHC 9, 128g. SC 378.3. Lightly toned. The reverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, very fine.
